Revamp the SNCF loyalty program

Goal

SNCF, the national railroad company in France,  was looking to revamp its loyalty program to target a younger audience. In addition, the intent was to reward their consumers with gifts they could enjoy immediately while travelling, such as music, movies, games, e-books, e-magazines and more.

Campaign

Ifeelgoods provided SNCF with $10 iTunes digital gift cards to reward their loyal consumers instantly online. The digital rewards component of the campaign was a huge success. The iTunes reward was the #2 most redeemed gift of the SNCF loyalty program, right after traditional discounts on train travels. Millennials were especially delighted to be able to redeem digital content with their accumulated SNCF points.
