As part of all of our activities, Ifeelgoods collects and uses personal data in relation to you, natural persons (hereinafter "data subject").
For the vast majority of the processing carried out, Ifeelgoods determines the means and purposes in its capacity as data controller within the meaning of the regulations relating to personal data, and in particular of EU Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to of the processing of personal data and the free movement of such
data.
If you have any questions or complaints regarding Ifeelgoods' compliance with this Policy, our DPO is there to respond to all your requests, in particular to exercise your rights under the LIL and the GDPR, relating to your personal data. 3. Subcontractor
 

As part of the provision of a white label platform, Ifeelgoods collects and uses personal data on behalf of the data controller who benefits from the service.
For processing operations relating to this activity exclusively, Ifeelgoods therefore acts as a subcontractor. The processing operations can be the following: management of the hosting of the platforms made available in white label, maintenance and updating operations of these platforms, sending of operational emails, etc.

 

4. What data do we collect and how?

As part of our various activities, you send us a certain amount of information about you, some of which is likely to identify you ("personal data"). This is particularly the case when you browse one of our proprietary platforms (Ifeelgoods.com, ma-
carte-cadeau.com, ma-carte-cadeau.pro, credit-up.ckdo.fr/app), when you browse one of 
our platforms provided in white label, when you place an order, when you use our Ifeelgoods API, when you apply to us…
The nature of the personal data collected about you varies according to the relationships you enter into with Ifeelgoods, the main ones being:
- Identification data: this includes any information that would allow us to identify you, such as your surname, first name, telephone number, postal or electronic address, as well as any information provided by you as part of your contact request and the if applicable, the content of the message, as well as any information communicated later during your exchanges with Ifeelgoods.
- Personal life data: family situation, number of children.
- Professional life data: job, function, place of work, skills.
- Connection data: this is all the information we need to access your personal account, such as the password, and other information necessary for authentication and access to an account, or your
navigation, such as your IP address or the history of your activity on our platforms.
- Financial data: this corresponds to bank data, bank details, resources, salary.
Ifeelgoods ensures that the collection of your Personal Data is relevant, adequate, not excessive and strictly necessary for its activities.
You are informed that certain information is essential to benefit from our services (for example, when you fill out a collection form, this information is marked with an asterisk).
If you do not communicate them to us, we will not be able to provide you with the services concerned.

6. Do we share your personal data?
 

Your data is transmitted to the internal services of Ifeelgoods, only when strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes described above.

We may also be required, for certain processing purposes, to share your data with our service providers whom we call upon to carry out a set of operations and tasks, on our behalf (hosting providers, after-sales service providers, mailing , analytics, etc.).

However, this sharing of data is only carried out when it is necessary for the execution of our contract with you. In addition, they are only provided with the information they need to perform the service. They are also asked not to use the data for purposes other than those initially intended. 7. Are your data transferred to third countries?
 

Ifeelgoods strives to store personal data in France, or at least within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, it is possible that the data we collect when you use our platform or as part of our services may be transferred to other countries, for example if some of our service providers are located outside the European Union or when you use our Ifeelgoods API which is hosted on a server in the USA.

This is particularly the case when you submit a request or a contact request to us on UpC'kdo. Indeed, our after-sales service provider is located in Mauritius, and is likely to process your identification and browsing data on our behalf as part of the processing of your request.

Similarly, one of our mailing service providers is located in the United States and can therefore process your e-mail address as part of the provision of our various services.

In the event of such a transfer, we guarantee that the transfer is carried out:

  • Either to a country providing an adequate level of protection, i.e. a level of protection equivalent to what European regulations require;

  • Either it is framed by standard contractual clauses;

  • Either it is framed by internal company rules.
     

8. How long do we keep your data?

Ifeelgoods is committed to protecting the personal data we collect, or what we process, against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure.

Thus, we implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures, depending on the nature of the data and the risks that their processing entails, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data.

These measures may in particular include practices such as limited access to Personal Data by Ifeelgoods employees due to their functions, contractual guarantees in the event of recourse to an external service provider, the carrying out of impact studies on privacy, regular reviews of practices and procedures on Ifeelgoods' information systems, physical and/or logical security measures (secure access, authentication process, backup copies, antivirus software, firewalls, etc. .).

    • We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of the processing but you need their data in order to bring, assert or defend yourself against legal claims;

In addition, in case of reasonable doubt about your identity, proof of identity may be requested. If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights to your data are not respected, you can file a complaint with the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL).
